Cheap and Easy Way to Sound Proof A Partition Wall ? My Room is in the Basement beside the Tv Room, so That is all i hear, and they Hear My stereo and Complain, Looking for an easy and somewhat Cheap way to Sound Proof Partition Wall. ( Wall has thin paneling on one side, but not on my side )
