Mobile Partitions

How do i partion/ format my usb stick?

I have a portable usb stick and i would like to partition it. I would like to make a single FAT 32 partition. How can i do this. Can i do it through windows? If not, how can i do it through slax, etc. Thanks a lot Xboxman33
