Mobile Partitions

Looking for hard drive synchronization program for Mac OS/X?

I have two hard disk drives, one portable I take with me and one at home. I've seen my share of drive crashes or if the drive ever was lost. Is there a good synchronization program that will mirror the drives and only update the files that were changed? If I created a RAID mirror set would require a full image to be created and re-imaged so that's not an option. If anyone could be of any assistance I would appreciate it! This drive has multiple partitions including boot partitions for Mac OS, Fat32 partitions, and regular HFS+ partitions such as for Time Machine.
