What type of Asbestos in partition wall?

My Victorian house has a partition wall of thin boards lightweight, pos Asbestos. I don't know when the partition was done. If they are Asbestos are they likely to be the same type as roof slates ie. where DIY removal is allowed? What's a fair price for a lab test for these boards and Artex ceilings? Many thanks

1. partition walls were pretty much all made of the stuff you don't want to mess with..only the occassional boiler flue was made with the non dangerous stuff...most definately do NOT do anything with this stuff until you are sure you know what it is..asbestosis is not pretty and you don't need to inhale a great deal of asbestos to contract it.be careful at all costs..your local council should be able to advise
